We also support multi-accounts on one account where each domain has its own email, ftp for an additonal fee.

A: Once your domain is signed up, we will send you a link to register your domain and once registered, it should be available within 24 hours

A: Email cancellations such as "please cancel my account" are unacceptable because you must show proof that you are the account holder.
