A: If you are pre-authorized for SSH (authorization is required on a temporary and limited basis)
Go to your control panel and select Shell Session and you can start a ssh session
A: Our main concern is security, this is why our Hosting Page states "Authorization is Required"
Before we can provide you with shell access, you must first open a trouble ticket and include the following
1. Give at least a valid explanation of requiring SSH access.
2. Details of what you will be using shell access for.
Once that's completed, we must have on file a copy of your picture ID, this can be in the form of a drivers license, or state ID, as long as it shows a picture of yourself and your personal information such as place of residence, it is acceptable.
Please photocopy your ID using a Lite tone in a copier and fax it to:
